5th conference on the occasion of the World Down Syndrome Day on March 19, at 14:00. The conference will be held remotely and will last for two hours.

The conference is dedicated to the importance of promoting the development of adolescents aged 7 to 18 with Down Syndrome. In Georgia, this age group still does not have adequate support in the form of public services. The small list of programs that are being implemented is outdated and does not meet the modern challenges and individual development needs of children

 Our organization team in Georgia celebrates March 21 for the tenth time this year - World Down Syndrome Day.

This year's global message is "We Connect", which responds to the pandemic situation in the world.

Living in a pandemic has taught us a good lesson about how important it is to connect with the rest of society, especially for people with disabilities. We connect each other for future success, education, development, employment and independent living.

The conference will be attended by executive and legislative decision-makers, local and international organizations working on the topic, and the diplomatic corps.
